To be successful on your journey to become slimmer, you need to really dig deep and figure out if you REALLY want to make a change in you lifestyle. Programs like Weight Watchers are ok but I would say the majority of people loose weight and gain it back. I myself did Jenny Craig, Ankins Low Carb along with countless other diets that all failed. I lost 80 pounds. I sat through all the classes. Yes I learned what I was supposed to do too. Unless that concept of a Lifestyle change clicks in you head you WILL gain back all the weight you loose.
