next step ... I'm ready!

I've been tackling the healthy eating and water goals. I'm doing quite well on both of those fronts. (yay me!)
Now ... exercise is looming on my horizon. I've been getting walks in at work during my lunch break. I've enjoyed them. But I noticed this morning that my body is telling me that it wants more. I actually felt the desire to have sore muscles from pushing them harder. I want to get stronger (again). I think it's time to look myself in the eye and say let's get this show on the road!!
