Day 4

So I've been doing SP for 3days. I've been logging in, reading, tracking my food, etc. Foolishly I stepped on the scale this morning. UP 1 pound! Boy does that set the day off wrong. Any other time I would have said the H... with it, but instead I decided to log on and surf the site. I reread the Fast Break article. The article compares the first couple of weeks to warming up for the long race, so I figured I got a cramp. I guess I'll just work through today and keep warming up til I figure out what is going to work for me.

I wanted my first blog to be all rosy and full of good thoughts. Instead, here I am whining...But I feel better!
