"THE 7 HABITS OF HAPPY PEOPLE" (THOUGHT #2)

One of my team leaders read an
about "The 7 Habits of Happy People" and she put 7 challenges up for us to focus on. She did this to be helpful to some of us who are struggling right now! We were to choose as many as we were able to focus on! These questions or challenges really make you think!
I chose to blog about Number 2 tonight! "Put happiness on the agenda--think about what it is that makes you happy. What is it that makes you feel good?"
What makes me feel happy? Hmm....I don't think I have ever been asked that question before!
1.) God , His plan for my life, and the fact that He sent Jesus to die on a cross for me!
2.) Being around people who love me for myself, my family and friends of course!
3.) Meeting New People!
6.) Being Unstoppable!
I am 52 years old! I use to be this person--unstoppable-- and one day soon she's coming back! My list could go on and on, but I will not be "Unstoppable" about it! These are my favorite!

How have I chose to put happiness on my agenda?
I have a plan to get to my goal weight by next year, hopefully! I plan to take a cruise with some of my dear friends that I have meet online with SP then! I want to go to the UK. I have always wanted to see it! So now it has been incorporated into my weight loss plan of action!
What has this done for me! I am so excited I can't hardly stand it! I have a new reason more than ever to get these pounds off!
