Somehow I weighed in at 151 today...2 pounds less than last time I weighed in. I have been going over my calorie range and I haven't really exercised, so I figure I must be getting a lot of exercise at work. Happy!
I agree with Taylorcraftbc65. The scale was in your favor today, however, consuming more calories and lessened exercise on a regular basis is not the best ongoing strategy for weight loss. Maybe your body is adjusting to what you've done the previous weeks. Glad you lost the weight, but I encourage you to get back on the wagon for continued success. 3400 days ago
