I lost .6 lbs. today. I have lost a total of 33lbs! I have got to get it in gear. I 'm having such a hard time staying motivated. I am keeping within my points but the activity points is what is keeping me from gaining weight. My sister is moving in with me and she is a sweet eater. I will need to be very strong.

I agree with Myrtlebeachwins on asking your sister to eat the sweets somewhere else. Hopefully with your new healthy eating habits you'll inspire her to make the change too. Encourage her to substitute the sweets for fruits you can both enjoy together. You need to be surrounded with positive influences and not temptations to stray.

As for the fitness, right now set yourself some small fitness goals for the next 2 weeks. Really stick to it, like taking a walk during your lunch break or an evening one before sitting down to watch any form of television. Start with a 15 minute walk and increase it in 3 days to 30 minutes. By the end of the 2 weeks if you stay consistent with the 30 minute walk try going for 45 minutes the following 2 weeks. Even break that time up into 2 walks just get it up towards 45 minutes. Start adding in some body weight strength challenging exercises like push ups, crunches, wall squats, even some jumping jacks. My son and I will be coming up with a small fitness goal plan for him tonight with just rewards. He is motivated to do it, and knows I need to work on a new small and medium range goals for myself concerning fitness. I am sure he will be full of ideas for mom and not so much for himself, but it will be a fun way to spend the night.

Remember slow & steady consistent steps forward no marathon workouts like I do, I am just a Nut emoticon

It's great that you and your sister will be living together. Just remind your sister that you are working very hard to complete this stage of success in your life. Ask her to eat her sweets elsewhere. She should be your cheering squad and give you lots of support. Don't settle for less.
emoticon You can do this! See you there.
