What Am i Made Of Day 2

Wednesday, June 23, 2010

Day 2 went as well as day 1. I reached all my goals for the day.

1. doggie is a happy camper and she will help keep me accountable. She brought me my shoes at 7 yesterday morning and this morning. lol Funny girl. That is her thing and has done it for as long as I can remember. She brings you your shoe then just sits then wagging her tail and quietly grunting till you take her. Now that she has gone around that time the last few mornings she won't let me forget.

2. I had a great cardio day yesterday. Between one of my workout videos, my wii fit games and running the stairs in our place I had an awesome day. I was sore this morning but I feel great.

3. Stayed on track with the extra two bottles of water

4. Calorie range was just under 1500. YEAH!

It is nice to be a part of a challenge like this where I am expected to keep track of everything and tell you all what I did and didn't do. The accountability is something I have needed for a long time. So YAY me and YAY all of you.

Here's to shrinking waistlines and healthy lives.
