No matter your age, weight, or size, there is a FitGirl waiting inside.

We all have a fitgirl in us. We all have the determination to bring her out. Its in us to get healthy. Its in us to do this once and for all!!!

If its a slow journey, or a fast one. If its a journey that feels like a roller coaster. If you are on a journey to lose weight, then you have one of the best opportunities to not only help you but help others. People need to see other people succeed so they know they can do the same.

We on the FitGirls team are coming together to encourage one another and enjoy the journey of losing weight. Now, I didn't say it would always be a barrel of laughs or a ton of fun. Never-the-less its a journey that if we embrace it we can learn a lot from it. Don't let this opportunity pass you by.

I have learned a lot about myself during this process of "Fat-shedding"... I am going from fat to fit (Period). I do have a lot more determination than I did last summer or even a few months ago. I take regular pics of myself so I can see where I have come from, and also where I am going.

Come, join us on the FitGirls team....Your FitGirl is waiting to come out!

if you look at the words fat and fit the differance you will see is one letter.the a becomes an i and as we all know when we start to do something that is worth doing it has to always start with i.i want this,i can do this etc etc.so the way to change the fat into fit has to come first and formost from yourself with the i as in i,me.you can do this, i can do this,we can do this.
