Last time I checked I was just below 400 lbs., gained back all I lost, and apparently plus a few, eh? So, I'll find my way back to the gym, sit my ass on a bike, and pedal. Log my food. Midnight to midnight,since my work/sleep is backwards. So, yeah, here I am again...
