Stress busting group. Day 1 6-23-10
My answer: take a vacation.
Leave work at work.
remove myself from the ordinary
fulfill some fun ordinary dreams like going to the beach
feeling hot sand between my toes
feeling sticky from the salt water
lying in the sun
walking on the shore
picking up shells, and stuff to create a new 3D collage
read for relaxation
finish up the yard - chairs, a table, and an outdoor fireplace
Do my morning stretches, and daily workout routines
Follow through with putting the stuff in the mail giving me stress, and realize that God is in control.
Now, it's time to get some sleep.
