Increase Difficulty, Increase Information

Ever since I added some additional nutrients, sodium, potassium, to my tracker, I've been having a more difficult time balancing all the quantities.

It was much easier keeping track of fewer items but since my recent illness and experience with vast imbalance of electrolytes, I thought that it would be a good thing to see how I'm doing in terms of my intake of those nutrients. I think that the last few days have been closest but I'm still a several grams or milligrams or more over or under one or another of them.

Maybe my goal should be to even them out over the week or even over the month.

While this is slightly maddening, it has made me even more conscious of the contributions of each of my various food choices.

Tomorrow is another follow-up with my primary physician. We'll review my most recent blood work and CT scans. I'm hoping to be able to get back to doing more consistent home exercise and then to swimming and water aerobics fairly soon.
