Summer of Self Improvement - Day 2

Day 2 at the gym went well. It started out with some help from a trainer. We visited for a few minutes, then he did a body fat analysis on me with the little hand-held instrument. Next he showed me how to use all the various weight machines, helping me find a good starting weight for each of them. I think I could have figured the machines out myself, but it was good just to be sure I was doing things right from the very beginning. After all that, I did some time on the treadmill, worked my way through some reps on a couple of machines, and then did a few minutes on the elliptical trainer before taking some time in the sauna and heading back home. Not too hard of a day, but enough to keep me going and get me motivated. Thanks to Kenny, the trainer, for his extremely encouraging words! The summer of self-improvement continues!
