What Am I Made Of Day 1

1. Walk dog three times a day. DONE. Actually she had 4 walks. 2 were at least 30 mins. YAY
2. Did my 60 mins of cardio plus an extra hour or so of misc game on my wii fit. YAY.
3. I drank two more bottles of water than normal
4. Stayed within my calorie range (1250-1500) I finished the day just under 1400
Some of you have asked if walking my dog was included in my cardio time. Actually no. The funny thing is I don't usually count her as part of my daily exercise. I mean I know it is exercise but walking her is something that is needed for her so I guess I just consider it a bonus for me.
I am off to a great start on day 2. Already done over 60 mins of cardio with my biggest loser game and one of my workout DVDs. Belle and I had a great walk early this morning. YAY!!!
