The Biggest Loser and Me

Ok well I have found something else that has really kicked my butt....but I stuck with it. I have been doing the Biggest Loser 6 week cardio max DVD 3 - 4 days out the week for past 3 weeks and plus my walk/jog ont he weekend. There are 3 levels. Level 1 is only 30 minutes and you suppose to do it for 2 wks and level 2 for two weeks and 3 for two weeks and they both are 10 mins long. I do both levels 2 and 3 because I feel I need a longer workout. I am noticing that my legs and arms have become more firm. I think I need to stop working on my butt because it's rising and getting firmer. I know It sounds crazy because that should be a good thing. My hubby loves it but I think it's getting to hard I still want a little jiggle. My waist line is getting smaller also.
This DVD is a workout that I would never forget when I'm right in the middle of it I just want them to STOP!! but the good news is that I LOST 4 POUNDS!!!!
the scale has finally moved. Thank God. Now I have a confession to make I gained 3 pounds before I started the biggest loser DVD. So I am not moving my ticker until I loss at least 3 more pounds.
I'm still doing the happy dance.
