nightshift is getting the best of me...

I used to LOVE nightshift and I requested to go to straight nights and now Im thinkin' im crazy!! I go back to school in August so I know I can get through it but I will be working through the end of July-straight nights. I love my schedule outside of work sooo much better on nights but I skipped my workout for the past THREE DAYS because im so beat!

and now im beating myself up over it... grr.. the good news is that I havent been eating junk but after a week or so of not working out due to my gram being sick.. and now these 3 days of pure laziness/exhaustion IM FEELING GUILTY!!

**Im praying that I find the strength and energy to get a good work out in today.. i know i will feel better if i just DO IT. emoticon

    I took both of your advice! I took my day off and got back to business today.. I got halfway through my workout and felt like I didnt want to do it anymore.. not really too tired but I was bored with it.. soo I went rollerblading instead which was much more enjoyable although I definately did sweat! =] Thanks guys!

    Plan something fun that involves fitness, a long hike, bike ride, something that you really enjoy. That way you look forward to it. Good Luck!

    Drop the guilt, it is an energy drain. Allow yourself the three days off and go on from there. Go for it!!
