New Thang Tuesday

Food Should Taste Good - yep, that is the name of the product. They make tortilla chips/crackers in different flavors. So far I have tried sweet potato and olive. I love sweet potatoes so that has to be my fav flavor. I love that I can understand the ingredient list and it's short. I'm workin my way thru the flavors. They can be a bit addictive. I ate the 6 serving bag in actually about 31/2 servings. ouch... But they taste so good.

Today it's back to work. Hard to do after 4 day week-end. So much fun with Alex yesterday kayaking. Lots of questions about him. He is 20 and in the Army Reserves and is going to college. He just got promoted to Sergeant. He is single, but just met a girl! If I had a son I would hope that he would be just like Alex. He is cute, smart, caring, loyal, and a young man of integrity. Of course his mom is COUNTDOWN240. I call it a privilege to call him my nephew.
I didn't make it to the gym this morning :( Will do some strenght training at home tonight.
