I got in a run this morning. I was very careful not to push myself as much now that I'm running again. I still try to get in a sweat but I really don't want to kill my joints.

Today was a very good day for calories. I would say I was on the low end but when you balance that with yesterday everything works out nicely.

Last day of the crimson tide thankfully. Sometimes I really hate being a girl. How dumb is it to bleed for a week straight? I get real tired of it, not to mention having to take the pill every day. I know it doesnt take very long to pop a pill in your mouth but I always seem to stress if I cant remember taking it. I'm thinking about getting an IUD. My coworker got one put in but she's been complaining of cramps so I dont know. I'll have to see how she likes it a few months from now.

Another thing I hate, Laundry! It never freaking ends! If I was rich I would pay somebody in a heart beat to come do all my laundry. Never ending folding and mismatched socks around every corner and wrinkled work pants. Its all such a headache. I sort of snapped at my boyfriend because he didnt want to get off the bed so I could finish folding the laundry. To be fair, he did try to help but he is so bad at folding that I refuse to let him touch any laundry. He might as well just bunch up all the clothes into a ball and stuff them in the drawers.

Anyhoo, right now I'm updating my media library so I can make some playlists for running. I think thats probably one of the best parts about running. I love to listen to music but seem to never really get a chance to sit down and listen. Hunting down songs for the "perfect playlist" forces me to take some time and explore the music world.

G'night sparkers, Jenny
