Eight Week Challenge #9 - Week One Done on to Week Two

Well I have completed week one of the eight week challenge #9 and dropped a two pounds. I am very happy with these results, especially seeing how I wasn't able to exercise much. I am hoping to get back on the exercise track this week. I got my lawn mowed tonight and weeded a small flower garden. Plus, picked up the house and did a load of laundry. So overall, it was an excellent night. Now I am off to bed with the hopes of rising early to exercise and do my Bible study work before before leaving for work at 7:30 a.m.

I hope everyone else had a great week and that this week will be even better. LET'S GO BLUE TEAM!!!!!!!!!
