What Am I Made Of?

Ok Ok since everyone else is doing it I will too.
This past week or so has been awesome for me. I lost 4 pounds and my outlook on this whole journey is changing for the positive. This mini challenge is just the thing I need to keep going in this direction.
1. Get up every morning to walk my dog and commit to walking her 3 times a day with 2 of those being 30 min walks.
2. Doing 60 mins of cardio everyday.
3. Drink more water. I already drink a lot but a couple more glasses a day wouldnt hurt.
4. staying within my calorie range everyday even on weekends.
There you have it. Lets do this!!!
