A couple of hard days

Today is Monday. I have not blogged for a few days. The weekend was crazy. My husband and I decided on Sat. in the morning to have a parents day picnic on Sunday evening. So I went shopping for everything Sat. afternoon, I went home tried to squeeze a workout in, and then my father calls me and tells me he locked himself out of his car and he needs me to come get him, take him home and then back to the car, and of course I had to be at work in 45 min. Work out over did the running around with him. 1hr 15min later I was at work.
After working all night long I got up on Sunday morning and started cleaning house. I was tired and busy.
I decided to take a pause for the cause. I went for an hour long walk. It totally rejuvenated me. I was ready to go. After the walk I busted out the rest of the house work. Started organizing outside and we were all over it.
It's amazing how using that much energy gave me more energy. Yah working out.

Food intake,
today was all bad
15 cream puff
bowl of raspberries
large bowl of special K
Whole milk with cereal
2 pint glass' of water

Large bowl of Special K
Whole milk
Handful of fish
Hot dog w/ketchup and relish
2 bites of potato salad
3/4 Hienikin Beer
Glass of tea
chips and salsa
