Wow, I am so tired right now! Working the earlier schedule at work (due to evening engagements) it is impossible to get the 7 hours of sleep I was getting at one point. I'm lucky to be getting 5 now. Go to bed by midnight, up at 5 am. Luckily, I woke easily and got to the gym this morning to start my 12 week workout plan (stolen from FitnessRx- 12 week bikini workout). Let's just say- OUCH. Seriously, my legs feel like jello. Luckily it is a workout schedule that breaks down major muscle groups and leaves cardio pretty open to personal choice. It uses drop sets, which I think should be pretty interesting, and is so far.
I will still have to fit my kettlebell stuff in there somewhere, because I love it. I am also going to try to incorporate jump rope between lifts next week. I really want to power up these 12 weeks and kick some serious (fat's) ass.
Got my new phone last week since I killed my Blackberry at Bonnaroo. Have to say, I love it! I got the Hero (HTC). The Spark app works so much better on it than it did on my Blackberry! Pretty much everything runs smoother and faster. Plus, I downloaded Groove shark, so I pretty much don't even need an MP3 player anymore outside of using it for timing my tabatas (I used a music program to create periods of silence in many of my favorite songs to tell me to rest).
I don't really have a lot going on, except that me and the man are hitting it hard this week. Glad to be back, and ready to get it taken care of! Not weighing myself again until June is over, just want to keep my head on straight and focus on what needs to be done.
I hope everyone else is a little more awake than I am.... :] Onward and upward.
