Thanks for commenting SALEE100 and NAMSMOMMY.

NAMSMOMMY…. A “calorie free day” is one day a week that I do not track calories….usually a Saturday or Sunday. I chose Saturday because we had our “market lunch” and I didn’t want to guess at the nutrition. That means I have to guess at today’s dinner that we’re having away from home.

Bed: 12:15am
Up: 11:15am

Even though I think I slept good; today I was lazy about getting out of bed. I think I was trying to continue a dream, but it didn’t work.

We went to my SIL’s for Father’s Day. Good food and good time. I hope I remembered everything I ate.

Actually, according to what I remember, the nutrition tracker is showing it as being pretty poor. I’ll try to make up for it where I can. If not, I’ll just have to try harder tomorrow.

I’m hoping to get a walk in today, so I’ll leave it at this for now.

I hope all is well.

Take Care!

Get right back to your healthy behaviors and everything will be fine. No need to be extra good tomorrow. That could actually backfire. So, be nice to yourself and forgive. It will be alright! Ok, a walk is fine, I mean don't starve yourself. emoticon
