Jumping back into Fitness

Today I woke up feeling with a sense a purpose and the time for excuses had passed. I want to feel like me again and sitting around eating chocolate ice cream all day was just not going to get me any closer to reaching my goals. So I jumped in the car and headed to LA Fitness and got a membership. The good thing is I can go to any club so if one club doesn't have the class schedule I am looking for I can try out a different one. Today I took it slow I just did day 1 week one of the couch to 5K program and then jumped on the elliptical for 15minutes. All around I say I had a productive day 1. I really need to stay on the bandwagon this time.
