A great weekend-A new challenge

Nothing earth shattering, just a really nice weekend. Weather was fantastic. Spent a couple of hours each day at the beach , relaxing with good friends. That's what life is about. So much more enjoyable than worrying about work!
I ran my second session outside. I ran a 17 minute interval which is between day 2 & day 3 of Week 5 of Couch to 5K.
I had a couple of really good , fast bike rides..Went out to cheer on some co-workers as they completed their first 10K runs..I was inspired!
I have now signed up for a "learn to run" program at our local running store. It starts tomorrow.
It will be a challenge for me, more from the apprehension than the physical running. I am easily intimated by others and don't usually like group activities..but I really want to learn to run properly so I can reach my goal of running a 5K race this fall!
Gotta start some time!!
