CHANGING IT UP

Just like the page on my sparkpage says.....No More Insanity.

Insanity means you are doing the same thing over and over, and you are expecting to see a change.

Well, well, well, if we haven't all done that in our lives, right?? If you are not seeing the changes in your life (and body) the way you want to, then changes need to occur. If we want change, then WE need to change. Time to get honest with ourselves, write down what we are eating, when we eat, and why we are eating. Write down what we are doing for exercises. I have an exercise calendar, and when I don't exercise I put a great big 'X' in the box. The less 'X's" I see the better I know I am doing.

I am getting real with myself. I have about 60 lbs left to go, and I know that if I don't change it up, it might take me a while to lose them. They may be stubborn pounds, but I am more stubborn and determined than they are, and they will come off this body.

I am re-visiting my diet, I already have changed up my exercise program to P90X, and now its time to get back to being serious. Change it up baby!!! I want my body to change, then I need to change even more! what I have been doing has gotten me this far, but now its less efficient. Changing it up!!! No more insanity!!

Time to kick some butt!!! literally!!
