Things going good!!!

I have not blogged in forever, but things are going well. My weight is stable not going up, not going down! I am comfortable at this time, but not enough to slip up. Today was a good day. We went swimming at my friends house and for the first time in years, i had a comfortable attitude in my swimsuit. I ACTUALLY LOOKED GOOD!!!!!!!
I did struggle a month ago with tracking what I was eating everyday. I told my fitness coach that I would never track forever. She kindly reminded me that those who do not track WILL slip up. I did not slip up, but came to realize that she was probably right and gave in. I have to say that it is not as bad as I thought and it holds me accountable just like she does. I felt bad for practically yelling at her. I bought her flowers and all is well.
I am still running. It is fun and seems to be my only stress release. I plan on doing my first 10 K in October and will begin training for that soon. I will continue to take this day by day. Small changes. I am healthy happy and have the best life so what more could a girl ask for.

    Tracking is tough, but it's a good check point on how you are doing at meeting your goals. You might find it more helpful (and easier) to plan vs track using weekly meal plans - or just do it daily for the next day.

    I've found with a meal plan in hand, I tend to stick to it - and planning ahead takes alot of stress and pressure off of grocery shopping and meal prep.

    Congrats on getting to the point of feeling comfortable and looking good in a swim suit!
