More being honest

Don't hate on the hair, please.
To show how darn clueless I was, rIght after the last video blog I started eating, eating, eating. :(

    I'm right there with you. I had the same stress eating problem this week. If you slip, add an extra bit of cardio when you feeling better. Walk an extra half mile or 10 minutes of exercise here or there. Don't let the slip cause more stress. You look great, even with wet hair. emoticon

    aww I just want to hug you! We all have slip-ups... you shouldn't be so hard on yourself... cause it will just make you upset- which will in-turn make you eat again cause your sad. It really is a vicious cycle.

    The good thing is, is that you reconize what you could have done instead of over-eating, so that your more likley to do the things next time- take a walk, write, ect.

    Good luck with everything, & don't worry you still look great!!

    Thank you for being honest. Some folk think that this process is easier for some than others. You are a great reminder that even fit, beautiful people have a hard time. :) I know you can pick yourself up after this. Keep being honest with yourself and you can't lose. :D We got you!
