Hum, I am a week or more behind in weigh-in so I figured this morning I would do it. I lost a few pounds. It wasn't as much as I wanted but slow and steady will still win the race. emoticon

Every since my hubby had his surgery our food style has changed a lot. He has lost 72lbs so far and I am so proud of him! I am finding that I still crave a lot of stuff. I have found it is extremely hard to cook for just us two. I haven't done much cooking at all in the past month. He can only eat 2oz at a meal. I hate eating the same thing all week long.

I have been walking, swimming, or getting on the Wii everyday or almost everyday. I try to do at least 10 minutes and sometimes up to 45 minutes.

Really nothing has changed here. I have fallen behind in my tracking food & exercise and I hope to start that back again.

How is everyone else doing????

    I, too, am having a tough time remembering to log foods. It MUST happen this summer, though. NO excuses for me! Good luck on your continued weigh loss. Also, you might consider freezing food in smaller portions so you don't have to eat the same thing all week.
