Eatting habits and Protein Shakes

I'm wondering. I did breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and gym. For a grand total of 1100 calories. Well I'm suppose to be between 1400 and 1800 daily. For the last 3 or so days I've been around 800-1300. IDK eating healthy bores me and I have to force myself to eat it. There was some small joy in chocolate. Getting back on subject I was thinking I'll just have a protein shake and call it a day. But it's 10:10pm. Is it too late? What to do?

    I'm not sure.. I've been eating a snack (to get my calories up, or fat, or carbs... whatever I'm lacking) at about 9 pm and I go to bed at 10:30. I'm not sure what the "right" answer is, though!

    I'm about to have a protein shake just to have something to eat. I figure if I'm exercising (and I did Zumba and yoga today), I need to fuel this, no matter whether I feel like it or not. Hope you get some great rest!
