Adventures in Biking to Work ( and the junk food cravings are strong!)

I had been looking for a new fitness goal to set for myself , so I decided to bike to work ( about 10 km each way).
I plan to drive in Monday, with all my clothes and breakfast and lunch foods for the week. Bike Tues, Wed, Thurs. , then drive in Friday so I can bring it all home again.
This week was week 1.
Biked the three days..Love it in the morning..its so quiet and still..The afternoon bike is a bit of a challenge. the wind always seems to be against me , and traffic is much heavier. I change my homeward route to avoid the busier streets..Takes about 10 min longer, but cuts through some parks, so much prettier.
It's a real bonus to get home and realize exercise is in ,and I still have the entire evening to myself.
Its been a bit of a challenge showering and getting ready for work , at work..I am always so HOT, that my clothes and hair are a bit sweaty..
However, I made a commitment to try this for 3 weeks before deciding whether to continue or not..After all, its 21 days for something to become a habit..right?
My challenge this week...Wanted to consume hamburgers, fries, pastas covered in cheese..anything fatty, carbie, gooey..Not sure why..As of today, (thurs. I have consumed about 15 french fries..all tracked)..
Hope this goes away soon..Maybe I a missing some sort of food group in my diet that is making me crave these? Don't know...
