I have reached my goal weight of 130 and am keeping my fingers crossed that I can keep it there. I've been fairly consistent tracking my food (which I think is key) and am staying active.
It suprises me how many people notice such a modest weight loss. It feels great to finally do something that had eluded me for years.
I am looking forward to a vacation at the beach and our once yearly family reunion -starting tommorrow.
