Way busy morning. Started off with upper body weights this morning at the gym. For some reason my right arm is sore. Had to really push thru it. Don't know if I pulled something, and slept on it funny. I can really tell a difference with focusing on the weights the last 7 weeks. I had kinda let strength training slide a little. I'm also hoping that by kicking up the weight I can drop some body fat percentage.
Got lots to get done at work today as I'm off tomorrow. Yea. I'm going kayaking with my nephew in the morning. If everything goes well he is going with me to help me pick one out. Then I can go whenever I want. I think it sounds like so much fun and good exercise.
Time for some dark chocolate peanut butter oatmeal. ummmm. Now lets go do this day!
