Time to Downshift into a Lower Gear!

I had such lofty goals with my exercise. But my body is rebelling. I think it's the intensity of the exercise that is my undoing.
Every time I go to the gym, I go all out on the elliptical machine and do intense intervals. I was also doing weights on the same day, so as to maximize my time there. But this week I have been feeling so exhausted that I think it is interfering with my daily energy, and also with sleep at night.
This week, I took Monday and Tuesday off completely. And today, I walked (fast) for an hour. Tonight I will do my 30 minutes weight program at home. I will take it easier this week and assess how I feel by the end of the week.
