Staying on track

Well I am still keeping up with the 30 day shred..I had gone on a 5 day house boat/Kalahari vacation and wasnt able to do the DVD but I made it my goal to stay on track with my eating habits and just jump right back into the 30 day shred when I got home..
and i did it!
But oh my goodness was it hard to get back to level 2 after skipping those days... today was not too bad, yesterday I felt like I was going to die!
I think its time for a weigh in and some measurements this week... maybe this friday
