    I agree with you re: _Women, Food, and God_; I think it's an amazing book. I started reading it and was thinking, "Pfft, this book isn't about ME!" And then I got a few more pages in and realized, "Damn, this IS about me." I'm about halfway through as well, and I also don't think she's promoting anything, except awareness of your body and what it's actually saying to you. I think she's more Buddhist than atheist, but I've been through both Christian, Pagan, and Unitarian phases in my life--I'm currently back to Christian, where I plan to stay--and I don't see anything in here that's anti-ANYTHING. And I'm sensitive to that kind of thing.

    Like I said in my comment to your previous vlog, I think you're right about your calorie count. You might also try extending your goal date a little so you have slightly more calories to work with, and seeing what that does. If you're doing that much cardio, your body needs the calorie input in order to burn the fat properly.

    Interesting Video - I have to agree that if you are not eating enough your system will go into starvation mode.

    Also I have a fitness instructor that swears that you need to do strength training too to get the results you want. Strength training will build muscles which will burn more calories for you.
