I am happy that I have found a way to have daily exercise in my very busy life. Since recovering from my hysterectomy in March, I have gone to the gym every weekday before work. This has meant for me to get up at 4 am and out the door. I am swimming, biking and workout on the elliptical trainer, along with lifting weights, stretching and constantly working on my core strength. I had a real breakthrough today, I was able to do more than 5 miles and felt really strong afterwards. Here it go.....life needs to be a everlasting journey and I am happy to have exercise be a part of that!!
