Can You Say Humid???

Man it was extremely humid out this morning. I walked out the door and it hit me in the face. I knew this was going to be a trough run. I do kinda miss the cold of winter just a little on days like this. I biked to the market and met my friend for our 5k practice run. After just a few minutes we would both sweating like crazy and the air was so heavy. It was not out best run, but we finished it. It has just been so humid and hazy here for a couple weeks now. Every afternoon it looks like or we get pop up storms. Today it's like 60% change of rain. So my 6pm walk may not happen.
Hopefully going to have lunch with my grandson. It sure makes Wednesdays fun.
Time for some toffee oatmeal and hit the road to work.
