Sweet cravings

So, what do you do when you get those sweet cravings? Well, for me I mostly snack on grapes or some other fruit. But sometimes if I don't have fruit I can relieve that sweet craving with a Tic Tac. It really helps and they're only less than 2 calories, my favorite is the freshmint flavor. Try it sometime.

    I first grab my sugar free gum and if that doesn't help I go for the Jello Mouse temptation dark chocolate only 60 calories and really takes the care of the craving.

    I like Craisins -- those dried cranberries. Sometimes I also can avoid the real sweets by having a Kozy Shack sugar-free pudding -- usually takes two of them to do the job!
