Mostly just getting the numbers down from Sunday's run:

Good run. First forty minutes I ran straight through with occasional walks of no more than 100 feet. Second 40 minutes I did as intervals (run 10 minutes, walk 3).
I didn't feel especially fast but my pace didn't feel discordant or plodding. I think the fastest I ran was one lap (A little over .25 mile) in 3.35 minutes. Running on the track was a nice change to my run and I think I will alternate running on cement with the grass nearby during this weeks runs at work.
