Ok, so I did it again...another week with no blogging.
Sorry. I keep swearing I'll get better at it, and then this and this and this happens.
Let's start with a smaller goal. I'm going to try for this week steady.
Update from last week first!
I'm an official Insanity graduate!! I have completed the program (though I haven't done my fit test final yet). I took pictures and posted, and of course, I forgot to take my measurements.
However, I have noticed a difference in my abs and thighs and biceps! So overall, I'm pretty happy with the results I got.
So I went out and celebrated....ALLLLLL weekend.
Now I'm up 3.5 pounds. ugh.
I'm going to repeat the last 3 weeks of insanity to make it all the way to my beach trip. I was thinking of running and weights, but I think I will save that for when I come back. I was 129 on Friday and 133 today. My goal is 120-125 and I have 3 weeks to hopefully reach the upper end of that goal. Maybe I could get off my butt and run AND do Insanity?! Not today though, only one thing for today...I'm exhausted!!!
I want to thank everyone that has been with me through the whole thing! Your support has helped me soo much! Now I'm excited to go back to regular blogs instead of Insanity updates.
