50.9% Fat… not too pretty Not my body fat..... ok.. admit it you were wondering weren't you...
I mean 50.9 % fat on my nutrional tracker today!
Boy, I have had an off day of eating.. nothing bingy at all. Just my choices all wrapped up into one day are not good.
Started out with 1 slice of wheat bread with peanut butter and SF strawberry preserves and lots of water. Ok, good start!
Then I had some almonds for a snack.. so that is good.
Then I had a late lunch.. kind of in a hurry type thing… (ok.. those are excuses!)
I ate 2 Oscar Mayer wieners (1 on a bun) 1 not.
These were the ones made with pork, chicken, and turkey.. 130 cals. 12 Fat etc.
You know I don’t know why I eat hotdogs.. they really don’t have any nutritional value.. I don’t think, do they?
I do like the all turkey ones pretty well though.. (but this stuff is always high in sodium!)
Should just reserve food like this for cookouts…
Then all HE double hockeysticks broke loose..
We ordered pizza. I had 3 pieces. I looked it up on their website I have had 744 calories from these 3 pieces.. 2 were loaded with veggies and one was NOT… but it was loaded with cheese!
I have had 76 Carbs, 31F, 36 P, 5 F, and 1772 Sodium (WOWzer!)
Ok, not shocked on the sodium.. I knew pizza was loaded with it!
Here is my excuse and I am stickin’ to it!
My oldest son brought over this gift certificate he had for Pizza Pro and we had to use it today because they were shutting down business for good tonight at 6. Pizza Pro is the best pizza around here! We have 5 different chains but their pizza is the best. (really!)
The certificate was originally 105 dollars this morning… and my son and his family ate there after church and also took some pizza over to some friends to give them… and so then there was 63 dollars left on it and he gave it to us.
I ordered 60 dollars worth… took a bunch to my mom’s for here to eat the next 2 days and brought the rest home!
I ate 3.. although they were the smallest pieces in the box… I will count as 3 full sizes! I didn’t eat the big crust that is left after the good stuff is gone but nonetheless.. I ate more than my share!
Ok… MOVING ON!
