When I joined SP I set a weight goal of 175 pounds, well I am only .7 pounds away from that. I think my next goal will be 150 pounds. I really don't think I will have any problem doing it and I am going to take my time just like this time. I feel that if I take it off slow I will do a better job of keeping it off. I would eventually like to see if I can get back to the weight I was when I was in the Marine Corps and that was 140 pounds, we'll see.
I am gong to make sure that I continue to make my exercise routine FUN. If it seems like work or gets boring I loose interest. So far with the variety of exercise games that I have for my Wii that is not a problem. My problem is sometimes stopping after a reasonable time cause I get into the games and want to go just a little bit more.
I have to pay more attention to my meal tracker also. This time of year when it is hot outside I don't eat like I should. Lately I have had a hard time making my calorie requirement. The one good thing is that I am eating healthy, all the fresh fruits and veggies are great. I feel good about my progress and am looking forward to setting my new goals.
