Easier said than Done

I have a two days of eating fattening foods. I am over my point limit for Weight Watcher. I don't weigh until Wednesday, so, hopefully, I can get myself back on track and back into the black. I am going to have to put in more time at the gym. I normally work out for about an hour, but, I need to build up to 90 minutes. I stayed the same last weigh, so, I have to get it together for next weigh. I am going on vacation the end of July, so, I would like to take off an additional 10 lbs. Easier said than done!

Try calorie cycling (in Weight Watchers it's known as the Wendie Plan)'s amazing how well it works.

Sweetheart we all have days of Oops I went over my calorie range due to a special treat of eating out. If you are looking for ways to add more fitness- take the stairs instead of an elevator. Park farther away at stores to get more steps in. Start doing some strength exercises while watching tv. SparkPeople has a whole bunch of strength exercises with demos to get you started.

I would LOVE to drop 10 pounds too, but its not happening fast at all for me. THAT IS OKAY, though since I am happier, healthier, and my energy level is always high. I just keep sticking to it. My hard part is just starting since school let out. My morning routines are all out of whack since Daniel is home, but he understands mom needs and loves to get her different forms of fitness in. I encourage him to join me, and we will be working on his own personal goals this upcoming week.

Don't lose faith in your efforts and keep moving forward. Remember to take those 2 steps forward the next few days to help counteract the over days. emoticon
