I can see the light!

So I really want to get toned and feel good in a swimsuit for our summer vacation. It is fast approaching in July and I am happy to report that I am seeing some results. I ran every day this week (except Sunday) and I am feeling AWESOME! My natural wake up time is now about 5:00 am! WEIRD!!! For some reason my internal clock has just completely changed. I try to sleep for a half hour longer just so I don't get too tired too early in the evening.
This morning I got out for my run at about 7:00 (I made myself sleep in a little for the weekend) and then I rode my bike over to my sister's house to help her move. It's not even 11:00 and I feel so accomplished.
The bike ride made me realize how narrow minded I've been on my workouts. I LOVE riding my bike. Why don't I do it more often? It was a crazy workout and I feel muscles I haven't felt for a long time.
As far as results go, I really see a difference in my midsection. My back fat is dwindling and my inner thighs are shrinking. s l o w l y , but it's happening! I think I was in a good place running 3 maybe 4 times a week, but upping it to every day has made all the difference! The scale? It hasn't shown any difference, but I feel so good I almost don't care!
I'm going to punch this goal in the face. My motivation right now is through the roof and I feel unstoppable! I'm gonna do this thing! Who's with me?
