For today

I seem to always be either regretting the past or fearing the future which really keeps me from living each day to it's fullest. As far as my eating plan goes I do the same. I am worried about how to get through the next temptation, the next event, the next emotional upset etc, etc. All of this causes me to miss the day.
So, for today I will enjoy life and do the next right thing.
