Day 73: Aggravated

Ok so I know it's silly but I'm really aggravated!! I forgot to log in yesterday! I was on the computer and everything!! Well I was only on the computer for a really fast bit to pay bills then off running the van to the garage and taking Littleman to the doctor. Turns out what I was hoping was just a cough was pneumonia. Good thing I took him right away. So yesterday was kind of hectic but still it only takes like a second to log in!! Ever since May when I got sick I haven't been charting like I was. It takes me a while to recover from bronchitis. So I still haven't been exercising like I should plus the kids are out of school so I don't have the window of time that I was using for exercise. I just can't get motivated to get up at 4:30 with my husband every morning to get the treadmill in. Littleman wakes up at 6. Then at night my husband gets home somewhere between 3 and 5 and goes to bed at 8:30 so I like to spend that time with him. I comes down to the fact that I'm most motivated to workout in the afternoon and right now can't find the time. I'm still eating right and losing1 to 2 lbs everyweek but I can't help but wonder what I would be losing if the exercise was added back in. So all of this added up makes me just plain AGGRAVATED!!

    Hugs to you as you try to work through this. Exercise is great, maybe you can squeeze in 10 minutes at least per day. I read about doing this today and joined the group with the promise to exercise 15 per day on my exercise bike minimum regardless of the weather. I got it done today but not without sweating and glad I didn't commit to 30 minutes in the heat. I need to get back to faithfully doing my PT exercises morning and night at 30 minutes each. I have no reason not to just excuses and boy am I full of those excuses. lol

    Seriously now, do try to work in at least 10 minutes of some type of exercise, maybe even just doing cleaning chores at a forced pace, a short walk maybe with the kids, just anything that makes you feel good about yourself.

    Just keep up the good work, tracking and eating right! Add the exercise in slowly. You're doing great! emoticon
