quitting *again*. my son stayed quit & I am so proud of him. this time, my daughter, who lives at home (age 28), is quitting as well. this is key because we share a car, and smelling the smoke made things quite difficult for me to maintain my quit.

I just don't have any motivation when I smoke and I have too much to do and too much to live for.

I've been maintaining my weight by maintaining my food intake & daily walks. Now that the farmer's markets are opening up again, I'm planning to start adding back fresh veggies & fruits into my diet and jumpstart my tastebuds! My focus is to get more vitamins naturally and eat as locally as possible.

We move to our new home in three weeks and I've had some input into the landscape plan. I'll have two decent sized beds for my herb and veggie garden emoticon
