It's that time again! Another progress update! So close to my goal!!!

Starting weight: 133 pounds
Current weight: 108 pounds

Starting hip measurements: 37 inches
Current hip measurements: 34 inches

Starting waist measurements: 30.5 inches
Current waist measurements: 25 inches

Stating thigh measurements: 22.5 inches
Current thigh measurements: 20 inches

Starting calf measurements: 14 inches
Current calf measurements: 13 inches

Starting ankle measurements: 8 inches
Current ankle measurements: 7 inches

I think I'm pretty pleased with these results so far! Only 8 more pounds to go and I feel great!

...Gettin' my dream abs!

    Hey thanks for the compliment, Leona I really appreciate them. I've been working pretty hard, especially this last weekend camping at the music festival I managed to lose two pounds and several inches from various body parts. I'm honestly not surprised, because being up in the woods I was getting exercise pretty much non-stop. If I wasn't dancing or spinning poi, I was hiking up and down the mountain and constantly walking. I always carried snacks and water with me at all times. Had to in order to keep up the energy, especially when it was really hot during the day.

    If you ever wanna lose some serious weight and inches fast, I highly recommend going camping, or camping at a music festival. You are guaranteed to lose weight and inches despite eating because there is just so much hard exercise your body has to deal with!

    I still want to lose a few more inches from my thighs and from a few other body parts. Even with my new posted measurements in my new blog I'm not completely happy yet...but those will go with my last six pounds.

    Oh and I'm 5 feet 2 1/2 inches tall.

    Oh...and the secret to my abs...whenever I work them out I do a minimum 125 crunches - 250 crunches. If you work hard, I believe anyone can do it. And you have been doing absolutely amazing. You've come so far and worked so hard to lose far more weight than me. Be proud, 'cause you are looking great. :)

    And, you just gave me a HUGE boost.

    I think you're so so slim and tiny ... and then you posted your measurements and ours are darn near exactly the same! I have slightly smaller hips (33˝) and a slightly bigger waist (26.5˝ dammit - working on that!) but everything else is the same. But you weight nearly 20lbs less than me! How short are you, m'dear? I must be solid freaking muscle. Or I have a concrete leg! ROFL.

    I sorta feel like dancing around right now. LOL. If I look half as tiny as you do, I'll be pleased. I have a VERY hard time viewing myself in a realistic way.

    My waist may only be a bit bigger but you're MUCH leaner in your abs than I am. *envy* Nicely done.
