End of Week Two of the The Biggest Loser Challenge

I have been so diligent about what and how much I eat, I have tried to do some sort of cardio every day, and I have STILL to lose so much as an ounce!! So, time to ramp it up a bit. I have time today to sit down with a planner and set menus for each meal this week. I will make sure that ONLY what is on the menu gets prepared (my husband does most of the cooking and tends to ignore what I have said and does his own thing)! More cardio will be added as well, with stretching and strength training too.
When we started the challenge, each person was provided with a book to track what we eat and our physical activity. So far, my physical activity is pretty sparse. I have GOT to change that!! I forgot my pedomoter today, but I am trying to find one I can load on my PDA. Anyone know of any free pedometer software that loads easily onto an HP iPAQ?
Off to start work on my planner! Cardio and exercise first since I don't have cookbooks with me and have no idea what is in the fridge until I get home. Let's see...Friday - walking City Center Mall...twice. Take dogs for a walk by the river. Take camera too and see what shots I can get for future Shutterbug assignments...
