I basically add the components up (pineapple juice and all, apple juice concentrate, pears, peaches) in calories and then divide by total cups are in there (plus the water addition), save it as fav. Or you can estimate- once I had basically 1/4 C carrot, 1/4 C pear, 1/4 C apple, 1/4 C apricot. Knudsen Juices are very close so you can approximate using their nutrition as they are organic/unpasteurized.
You have to be careful as the carbs that you normally would have in the fibrous material gets chucked out. So it's good to compare juices with your estimates. I label mine as raw juice. 3386 days ago
